I enjoy listening to Pandora music while I’m photo editing.
I’ve noticed my choice of Pandora music while I’m editing will vary depending on the particular photo. A serene horse photo of a single horse out in pasture usually brings about a more solemn music choice. For Ethereal or Stallion Breeze I would listen to the soft sounds of Suzanne Ciani. Suzanne Ciani is an Italian American pianist, composer and sound designer who found early success with innovative electronic music. I may also turn Pandora over to Cafe Mocha featuring jazz musician Jesse Cook when I’m working on an image with just one horse and focusing on the details of removing a distracting background.
I upgraded to the paid Pandora music program a few years ago. I have the Pandora music app on my phone, my Roku box, my computer and my tablet. I love the commercial free continuous streaming music. I also enjoy the random and similar music artists that get mixed in with my stations.
Action horse photos and lively Pandora music
When I’m editing more action filled horse photos of large herds galloping or stallions fighting or cowboys roping I tend to listen to more lively and faster music. When I am editing photos of some of my more western themed and western lifestyle images of cowboys or cowgirls roping you may find my Pandora station set to the likes of: Lady Antebellum or Garth Brooks or Today’s Country Radio.
The Windswept Manes Collection and the Elegant Equine Collection both portray a powerful woman and her gorgeous horses. Quite a bit of editing in these two horse collections was done while listening to Pink or Lady Gaga or Heart (featuring powerful women).
